Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. My room, although a little small, was well organized, with a comfy bed and kept very clean. The service was friendly, and the price was fair for what I got. The location was excellent, close to the beach and a short walk to restaurants. However, the dining experience was a bit haphazard at times.
The hotel offers spacious and comfortable rooms. Although the noise from the corridor can be disruptive, the room itself was a relaxing retreat. The location is perfect for exploring Bournemouth, with a friendly staff and an excellent breakfast. However, the dining options may not suit everyone's tastes.
The hotel's location is perfect, just a few minutes' walk to the shops and beach with ample car parking for a small fee per day. The breakfast was amazing, and the staff, including the manager Jamal, were outstanding, catering to every need. The ambiance was excellent, with a short walk to the beach, shops, and BIC. However, there were some disturbances from street noise and voices coming up from other rooms late into the night.
The hotel is in a prime location in Bournemouth, just a short walk from the beach, pier, and town center. The rooms are spacious with a bit outdated decor, but the lovely staff and great customer service make up for it. However, the bathrooms are very small and cramped, and the shower experience could be better. On the upside, the hotel offers good value given its central location.
The hotel's location was perfect, just a stone's throw from the beach and a short walk to the town center. The rooms, however, were very small and not reflective of the quality expected. The dining experience left much to be desired with limited breakfast choices. Despite being on the front, the room was hot and noisy, impacting sleep quality. The service was adequate, and the facilities were in need of an update.
